Hash HQ30D portable dissolved oxygen analyzer

Whether analyzing raw water, controlling process water, or effluent, Hash Company can provide solutions that meet your specific application needs. Hash Company has over 60 years of experience in providing solutions and the largest number of EPA approved methods, making it your most trusted partner in the field of water quality analysis.

Specially designed for your water quality analysis application, Hash Company's HQd series intelligent probes can automatically identify test parameters, calibration history, and method settings, reducing the probability of errors and instrument setup time.

HQ30D dissolved oxygen analyzer? characteristic:

(1) Multi purpose: One analyzer can be connected to different electrodes. Used for measuring dissolved oxygen pH、ORP、 Sodium, ammonium, ammonia, fluorine, nitrate, chlorine, conductivity, etc.

(2) Multiple measurement methods: The analyzer provides three reading modes, which can achieve instant reading, indirect reading, and continuous reading measurement.

(3) No polarization required: When measuring dissolved oxygen, the LDO dissolved oxygen probe does not require polarization time. Traditional dissolved oxygen probes usually undergo polarization processes before use.

(4) Humanized calibration guide: The operation interface of HQd digital analyzer is simple and intuitive. It has calibration guidelines and standard procedures for inspection, greatly reducing calibration errors and simplifying the operation process. The calibration status indicator light and calibration reminder ensure that the correct calibration results can be obtained.

(5) USB data transfer method: The analyzer provides a USB data interface, which can easily transfer data results to a USB drive and computer.

(6) Low maintenance: The LDO probe is a membraneless probe that does not require replacement of membrane components or filling of electrolyte, greatly reducing maintenance costs and saving time for users.

(7) Strong anti-interference ability: The LDO probe is a membraneless probe, so it is not affected by the interference of chemical substances in typical wastewater.

(8) Durable fluorescent cap: The fluorescent cap can maintain its accuracy even when scratched or partially contaminated, and is easy to clean.

Technical parameters of HQ30D dissolved oxygen analyzer:

When used with InliCAL electrodes, various parameters can be measured, such as pH value, conductivity, salinity, total dissolved solids (TDS), or dissolved oxygen (using HACH's fluorescent dissolved oxygen electrode, LDO). The measuring instrument can automatically recognize the type of electrode connected to the measuring instrument. The InliCal electrode stores information such as serial number, current calibration, and calibration history. When using default settings, the operator can perform measurements immediately after opening the box.

Calibration of LDO dissolved oxygen electrode:

1. Place the LDO electrode into the sample.
2. Press the GREEN/RIGHT button below Read.
3. The display screen will show "Stable...", and as the electrode stabilizes in the sample, there will be a progress bar on the screen displaying the stable progress. Then a lock cursor will appear, and the result will be automatically stored in the data log.
If you need to proceed to the next measurement, please repeat the above steps.

LDO calibration can be manually completed using either of the following two standards:
*For example, BOD bottle (item number 62100). Add a small amount of water (1-cm) to the bottle, plug the bottle tightly, shake vigorously for a few minutes, and then insert the electrode.
Secondly, water samples with known dissolved oxygen concentration. The concentration must be determined using the Winkler titration method, or saturated air-water can be calculated using existing pressure, temperature, and salinity conditions.
